Everbuild General Purpose Silicone is a mid-modulus, acetoxy-cure silicone sealant formulated to create a high-strength, watertight rubber seal across smooth, non-porous surfaces. Infused with an anti-fungal compound to actively prevent black mould and mildew growth in high-humidity environments, this fast-curing sealant remains permanently flexible to absorb structural movement up to ±12.5%. Ideal for commercial refrigeration engineers sealing cold room panels, display cabinets, worktop junctions, and drainage assemblies, it delivers a transparent, unobtrusive finish with exceptional long-term adhesion.
